current weight: 141.8 lbs.

whew! healthier eating this past week. note to self: pay attention to how much better you feel (and feel about yourself) when you do eat right and eat your veggies like a good girl...

low exercise numbers the last two weeks, not a total stall out but only 12.5 and 13.5 miles over 3-4 days per week.

still fumbling my way toward finding a balance.

Monday:6.25 miles. nice, but why does summer sun make me as slow as molasses in January?
