5 mile walk. Lovely almost fall weather.

However, note to self, do not roll out of bed and gulp your meds right away after a night of discomfited dreams; it only adds heartburn to heartache. Felt much better in mind and body after my walk though.

I was just having a bit of pet panic, as I wasn't sure where Henry Lee had gotten off to in the apartment. He wasn't out in open sight; I didn't hear the little bell on his collar or hear him meowing. I searched around and finally located him--sitting quietly in amidst my collection of stuffed animals, looking quite like he belonged there!
