weather watching

It's rainy here today Alabama; I don't care*. Let it pour the next couple of days, but hope for a temperate Sunday north into Tennessee....

Forecast for Nashville is now looking GOOD. (lol...so of course I don't half-empty trust it; there's still 5 days for change). But currently, the outlook is: 10% chance of rain; low 46 to high 63 degrees!

Wow. that is so nice a forecast, I could even wear my running skirt (without tights). Yes, I gave into feminine fashion and bought a Skirtsports outfit.

*Am planning on a 3 mile jog sometime today. Just realized that if it's raining at lunch time, I can wait and go to the gym after work and hop on a treadmill there. I'm going to mostly use the gym for weight training, but it's nice to have a backup for indoor cardio too (not to mention I'm looking forward to spoiling myself some with access to the sauna.)

Got my 3 miles in at lunchtime.

I'm still crossing my fingers that my ink (and friend's photos) make the cut and don't get erased from the article. But I'd probably still get a copy of the magazine anyway, just to see what (other) runner's tattoos are featured.:)
