e_phemerartToday I helped a nice gentleman find some zombie novels. I'm currently reading another one myself.
Yesterday, I helped a goth girl* get internet access to a modeling site and had a nice chat recommending my photographer friend to her.
*goth girl and her bf, handsome young 20-somethings, are occassional library patrons; I've noticed them before, not because they come in all that frequently, but because when they do they are always dressed to perfection in stylish gothic black.

World War Z
Date: 2009-01-22 02:41 am (UTC)There were quite a few good ones he recommended. Probably the *best* he recommended was World War Z - in fact, I still have *his* copy.
From what I hear, there's a movie in the works. I'm kind of dreading that they'll botch it - it's such an intense and SERIOUS book. But, at the same time... very hopeful.
