Robots: mechanics of movement

Automaton. Robot. Cyborg. Clockwork Doll. These things interest me. (along with golems, homunculi, frankensteins, revenants, zombies...)

I was IM chatting the other evening with a new acquaintance whose steampunk persona is a cyborg character. (cool) I was joking that bio-mechs would be useful right about now for me, as it would only require just a litle oil and tune up instead of days of flesh and blood to recover from my distance event excesses. Anyway, off on a tangent, I found some recent robot links.
