how to eat a whole pie and not feel guilty

Here's what I had for dinner tonight:

2 cheese blintzes (150 calories; 4 grams fat; 12 grams protein; 26 grams carbs)
2 TB roasted almonds (110 calories; 10g "healthy" fats; 3 grams protein)
1 banana (100 calories; 1 gram protein; 1 serving vegetables)

And for dessert? pumpkin mousse pie!

15 oz pumpkin (150 calories; 6 grams protein: 27 grams carbs: 3 vegetable servings)
6 oz lite yogurt (80 calories; 7 grams protein; 1 milk serving) I used cherry cheesecake flavor because it's what I had in the fridge.
3/4 cup egg beaters (90 calories; 18 grams protein)
2/3 c splenda
1 TB pumpkin pie spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg)
2 ts maple flavoring

Stir all ingredients together. Spray baking dish or pie pan with butter spray. Pour filling into dish. Bake at 375 degrees until set (40 minutes-ish)

total nutrition:
680 calories; 49 grams protein; 53 grams carbs; 15 grams fat; 4 servings vegetables and 1.5 serving milk.

All of it was almost more than I could eat, but I needed all the calories! :) And on Friday and Saturday, I can eat dinners with pasta and rice for carbohydrate "loading".
