e_phemerart7 miles. (4 walk/3 jog) Since I didn't have to be in to work til noon again today, (rats, no Wednesday evening munch for me this week), I went walking at Point Mallard again this morning. Started off in a sweatshirt but shucked down to a t after warming up a couple miles. Very nice; I do like the river edge trail there.
