Not sleeping well; should have just gotten up at 4 am when I woke up instead of tossing and turning for another two hours.
Did a 53 mininute walk. Nice morning for it. Felt good. The rest day I took yesterday was muchly needed and I guess my body appreciated it.
Current weight 218.2 (-2.2 lbs this week and a total loss of -6.8 lbs over the last three weeks.)
Did one more load of moving last night after work. (Up to 5 carloads now, maybe one more I can do before all that's left is the big furniture.) Dropped off my pet fee at the office so ladyjane is now an offfical resident too, altho she and I won't be all moved over til this weekend.
