I have made an intermediary goal: I've lost over 10% of my starting body weight (225). :)
Oh, and while they aren't totally falling off my butt, I can shimmy easily out of my LaneBryant size 4 (they have their own sizing system, standard would be about an 18) jeans without unzipping them; may be able to move down another size again soon if I keep after it.
