I'm under 200 lbs, with a surprising big loss this week! I'm not sure I trust the scale, and it'll no doubt level off in the next weeks, but I'm going to enjoy this bit of the numbers game anyway.
Lol, means my still plump body is now within most medical school weight limits for their cadavers; so my final-wishes bequest can be realized (someday).
I have reached my 10% goal, lost more than 25 lbs, gotten my weight under 200 lbs, and moved from being a couch potato into a decent walking habit. Not bad for a start, huh? Autumn is my favorite season, and I'm hoping its a good one as I continue on.
