Exercise addiction
Sep. 23rd, 2008 05:31 amGrrrr....only managed a short lunch time walk yesterday and today may be the same.
Yes, I'm up early now--but I have to meet Kara in a half an hour for driving practice and take her over to the DMV for her driving test. That's going to take up my morning; then working my 12-9 shift at the library.
Silly me, helping out a friend is good stuff too!!! And it isn't going to hurt a damn thing to take the exercise easy for a couple of days. Might even be good for me.

I know I *could* (do?) veer this way, don't wanna, want to stay on the positive side and be physically and psychologically fit.
Later Edit: Got errands done early enough in the morning to have time for a 4 mile walk before work after all. See, nothing to gritch about.
