exercise: Sunday Sunshine Stroll

10 mile walk. Relaxed pace and longer distance. :) No jogging today, as while wearing pointy toed ankle boots last night, I managed to bruise under my right big toenail; feels ok while walking, but no so much at anything quicker.

Rest day yesterday.
