halloween happenings for heather

This year's local ZombieWalk is scheduled for October 25, which is also the same day the steampunk crew is going to the Alabama Renn Faire in Florence. *Sigh*. Renn Faire it will be...but maybe I'll dress as a Black Plague Zombie?
Spooktacular 5k Run on the 31st; I'll wear my victorian pedestrienne garb, probably with my skeleton corset (loosely cinched) to be Halloweenie.
There is a SWYD event in Birmingham on Halloween night too. If my car is tuned up/fixed/running better by then, it'd be worth a road trip!
There is going to be a local Haunted House too (hey,
brodycatsmouth, what's the public info for that so I can add it to my schedule?)
Yes..Hannah, I haven't forgotten your costume either! Am going fabric/craft shopping this weekend to get stuff for it. :)
other random notes:
Had a good time meeting up with Renee last night; it was just really nice to girl chat about families and whatnot with her!
Yesterday's exercise was a 3.5 mile jog (in the rain) at lunch and 2.5 mile walk after work.
Didn't over or under eat on calories yesterday, but didn't eat healthy. Note to self: just because I'm adding in a few calories, doesn't mean that I can start eating empty calories in the form of sugar and junk food all the time.... I know better, but it remains a temptation.
