notes on a monday morning
Mar. 22nd, 2010 08:41 amexercise note/ last week's total miles: 36. Not bad for an after race recovery week! Hope I'm not jinxing myself by mentioning that I did NOT get sick or catch a cold post race.
I didn't get as much sorting and packing done as I could have over the weekend, but I have made a start on it! So far, I am on a two boxes of books (to keep) to one box (to donate to library book sale room) ratio.
food note to self: if you are making couscous for breakfast with milk, don't add the seasoning mix in the toasted pinenut variety--I was hoping for a sweet nutty flavor, but resulted with too much of a spicy garlic taste to work for me as breakfast food. Oh well, add veggies and I've got my work supper ready to go!
Am hopping offline now and back to filling up more empty boxes for a while before heading to work at noon.
