books #28 & 29

Except for repeatedly touting the SUCCESS! of their own Lean For Life Diet (which I personally disagree with following as being too low carb for me), this was a fairly good workbook. I appreciated that unlike most "diet" books, the focus was not on weight loss but on skill for longterm maintanence.
29) Hahn, Thich Nhat and Dr. Lillian Cheung. SAVOR: Mindful Eating, Mindful Life. Harper One: 2010.
The BEST book I've read on mindful eating, mindful movement, and mindful living.
