shrug slump
Feb. 9th, 2012 09:20 amHasn't been all bad, but I have been in a fairly pronounced procrastination mode this week.
--haven't gone over to local store to try on next size of vff Treks, so I can then return the too-small ones (I mail sale ordered) hopefully for a size I know will fit.
--havent stopped by Walmart for the comfy t-shirts I wanted.
--some crafting done*, but haven't started on the beading yet.
--haven't packed for my long weekend trip yet.**
-not much exercise either, using achy joints as an excuse.
Reminder: It's OKAY to not be PERFECT.
*B. is going to make the fainting couch frame/woodworking for me. That really tickled me pink, that he offered to assist with this doll project. I'll just have to do the upholstery and cushions then.
**but I did find a new (Jeff Lindsay) Dexter novel at the library to check out to take along on my trip and read. :)
I get to play grandmother tomorrow; getting up early and driving up to TN to babysit Desmond (and hang out with my sister) while Hannah and Ken are at a work meeting. On Saturday then, Coleen, Hannah, Desmond and I will drive to Illinois for a couple days visiting with my folks.
later edit: made a quick trip to Walmart on my lunch break for 2 t-shirts, one more pair exercise leggings, new sports bra, and some underwear. lol..I can almost pack for my trip now without doing laundry.
Enlarged the pattern for the dancer doll (second piece for the Anti-Fashion Show); it will be a 40" standing figure sculpted from recycled knits (mostly socks and gloves).
