keeping track and staying on track

C= Create
Did I spend some time doing something creative? (for instance, this morning I crafted my Audrey wrist corsage. I removed the bud I'd previously put on the purse strap and fancied it up a bit with more ribbonwork to make the corsage.)
M= Move
Did I exercise? (for instance, I walked 2.15 miles during my lunch hour today.)
E=Eat
Did I eat sensibly and avoid binging? (so far, so good)
Idea is to keep it simple and not stress myself out with too many specific "shoulds or should nots". Seeking to support good lifestyle habits.
I know, avoiding binging is part of eating sensibly, but enough of an issue for me to state it clearly (to myself).
Meds are working, hope that lasts long enough to make changes in my habits stick--and then it could be a good circle as all these things will also help aleviate my depression.
Suppose I could also add S= Social. Did I do something social and or relationship positive?. That one wouldn't have to be a daily goal, but as opportunites and events arise, making sure my social avoidance anxieties don't get the best of me.
