Going the distance

e_phemerartCold and rainy today, and forecast as now is for a 100% chance of rain on Saturday. Weather may factor in as to my performance and results, but rain or shine, I'm going to be doing the Delano Park Run and giving it my best endurance effort.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO DO AND HAPPEN TO BE IN DECATUR ON SATURDAY....STOP BY AND GIVE ME SOME CHEERS AND SUPPORT. (AND GATORADE, DRY SOCKS, ETC...)
Later edit: 2.5 mile walk. 40 degrees, wind chill 31 degrees; Total mileage for this week: 25 miles (And to think I might come close to equalling that in one fell swoop!!!)
