p= protein (note to self: need MORE?)
v= fruit and or vegetable serving

yeah--according to spark people that's barely over 1,100 calories--barely enough to (maybe) keep maintenance weight even if you weren't running.

when I first saw this I thought it looked calorically low... have you used sparkpeople.com before?

I added things up, it's more like 1400 c--but damn that's still too low. Try again today...but the trick is to add GOOD not EMPTY calories. Food= Fuel.
I've just recently started using sparkpeople, but haven't been tracking food there yet.

How weird is it to be on the opposite side of the equation...worrying about eating *enough* to balance out all the calories you expend! :D
