numerology

Current weight 122.6 lbs (no change from last week)

My size 8 jeans are baggy.

I'm having to tuck and pin the waist of some of my favorite skirts.

I'm having to remember to get my race t-shirts in a size SMALL.

34-27*-36

*I can lace my 24" corsets comfortably nearly closed.

Sometimes this feels good; sometimes not. I can't afford to keep buying new clothes. I have no boobs. I'm looking more and more like my mother. I worry about if I'll be able to maintain this weight and be healthy.

This is the same weight as when I ran my first marathon at age 22.

Is it me, or does it seem you cant be happy. First you felt like you were too big and you lost all that weight so you could be healthy. Now that you have taken up running. you are getting unhappy with your skinnier weight despite that you weighed this back in your 20s. :(

I know I can relate a bit because my body is experiecing some puberty like change and as a result, clothes dont fit. Blargh!

You will definitely want to make sure you are up on your vitamins and probiotics and if you do the flu shot, the flu shot.

Read this (excerpt here): But it does appear that intense workouts and racing suppress the body’s immune response for a period of time immediately after you’ve finished exercising and that “the longer the duration and the more intense” the exercise, “the longer the temporary period of immunosuppression lasts — anything from a few hours to a few days has been suggested,”...

I think you are doing well for yourself with your weight. As long as you can manage to keep it at a healthy doctor approved level, then you are good to go. And, I wish I had no boobs. Boobs just get in the way.
