Got my run done early this moorning before the rain started again. (And now, after noon, its stopped and clearing! Crazy back and forth weather!)
That leaves a short easy 3 mile run planned for tomorrow, rest day on Friday, and Saturday is RACEDAY for the Mountain Mist Trail Run 50K!
