*think I'm going to make a good-luck ritual of going to Delano Park every day I am in Decatur, between now and the race on March 13, and doing at least one lap
today's miles 8.5 +1 Delano mile
still feeling a bit congested; nothing like sinus drainage either--yuck, now I have to get rid of the thought of mucus flavored gu
january miles: 136
february miles 126.5
So, in the range of 31-34 mpw. Now that winter is about over (and I don't have the "too cold and dark" excuse), I hope to bring up that average a bit...
goal met in Feb: 50k ACCOMPLISHED!
maintaining weight in 126-130 zone
