I post all my running and fitness blogs on Sparkpeople.
I post random quips and snips on Facebook.
And that feels like an overload of social media to me. :(
I hate that I haven't done anything artistic and creative in months. No quilts; no costumes, not even a tattoo design. (compulsive thinking and exhaustive planning is not the same as actually MAKING something) I'm seriously scared to even try now. Definitely a phobic mental block. Feels like I'm losing some part of myself.
