exercise note
Aug. 9th, 2008 09:30 am5 mile long walk this morning.
Nice weather, a little cooler (75 degrees and sunny) and less humid than recently.
Aww.. the person with the weeping willow in their yard on Drake trimmed the branches where the long leafy fronds were hanging over the sidewalk; I liked walking through the green curtain.
I need to go do some greenway and trail walks. Sure, it seems silly to drive somewhere else when I can get exercise just on the neighborhood sidewalks, but I like a little more nature sometimes.
