7.5 miles (about half/half walk/jog)
Although this was a decent distance, since I've got next Wed-Thurs-Friday off (then work the weekend following Thanksgiving), I think I'll wait until one of those days to do my long workout. Maybe I'll even go up to Monte Sano or the Land Trust and hike trials.
I know it doesn't "count" until my weekly weigh in on next Friday, but I couldn't resist hopping on the scale this morning... I've made it under 175 lbs or -50 lbs. :) :) :)
