T: 2.5 mile walk (at lunch)/ 2 mile walk (after work) mostly just for stress relief not exercise, but ever little bit helps.
W: 8 mile jog (Point Mallard trail). Lovely workout. note to self: actually eating something for breakfast, a protein bar and banana this morning, before a long run seems to be working okay--no stomach problems and more energy.
Went to the monthly Furry Feeding Frenzy last night and actually had an enjoyable time. I guess I'm not quite ready to run away screaming, or slink off with my tail between my legs, from the local fandom after all. There are some good people there. Enjoyed talking to Brody, meeting some new guys, and having a bit of bakery chat with Brim. (I am so going to have to steal some of his recipes-no seriously, he's an excellent baker (professional at Publix) and I could learn a lot from him!)
Also got together for a chat with a friend before work this morning; we got some relationship and communication issues more out in the open, and I feel lots better about that.
