exercise note

Afterward, treated myself to a (much needed) large bottle of water and then a "banana split"* smoothie for lunch.
* 1 banana
6 oz. cherry cheesecake light yogurt
2 tb ff sweetened condensed milk (I know, I know, it's mostly empty sugar calories--but it makes the smoothie texture and taste "just right"! LOL..acording to CalorieKing.com at least it has 100mg calcium and 3g protein along with the 24g sugars in a 2 tb serving, and it took me 13 minutes of jogging to work off the 110 calories.)
1 cup ice
drizzle 1 tb sf chocolate sauce
And, yes, smoothies are my latest summer food obsession. Need to buy some more avocados. :)
