monday exercise
Aug. 31st, 2009 01:24 pm8 miles. Point Mallard Park. Lovely weather today! And there were still a couple passion flowers blooming alongside the trail.
Later Edit: There are not 1 but 2 costumed Halloween Runs in Nashville on October 31, a 5 miler out at Long Hunter State Park and a 5k downtown in the evening. Tempting, but I wonder what seasonal festivities Huntsville may have to offer?
