smart or lazy?
Oct. 3rd, 2009 10:53 amWas home sick yesterday (with a cold).
Had a long workout planned for today but ended up taking it easier.
7.5 mile walk. Weather was great. I didn't feel too bad; maybe I should have kept going?
Well, although I already have afternoon social plans for tomorrow, maybe I can get my long miles in during the morning?
And if I don't, would it really hurt my training that much to skip one week's long miles and allow myself to really get over this cold before I start pushing hard again? I've still got 7 weeks til the marathon and so should be able to get in several more 18-20 milers before the race.
