Good grief...it's only 17 degrees out this morning. But I can't wait for the day to warm up any; I need to go out for my exercise now while I have time. I'll bundle up and wear layers. Keep moving to keep warm. See how I feel and what I can do.

9 miles. Warmed up a whole 10 degrees while I was out jogging too. Blues skies mean I got my sunshine as well as my exercise fix.
