Dana and Noelle were kind enough to send me a couple of snaps from the Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot run. Both these ladies are SPARKFRIENDS of mine; Noelle is local and Dana lives in Tuscaloosa. BTW, I'm planning to run a leg of a marathon relay team (February's Mercedes Marathon in Birmingham) with Dana and some of her friends; that should be fun and something different.

(Hey..does anyone else here on LJ also use SparkPeople.com? I crosspost my health and exercise stuff there.)

Sparkpeople is an awesome site... I have used it, but I'm too disorganized and lazy to keep up with it faithfully, but as far as recordkeeping and tools go, it's gold.

Awesome job in the Turkey Trot! (I had to at least say it once, it just sounds giggly, like an old timey dance step. :D )
